Liquids with a flash point below 0 C & a boiling point of 35 C or below are EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE. Liquids with a flash point of below 21 C are HIGHLY FLAMMABLE. Liquids with a flash point of 21 C or more & below or equal to 55 C are FLAMMABLE.
